By downloading, registering, or using Brideless, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Brideless is a social network for brides that provides a community space to share experiences, opinions, and stories beyond wedding planning.

3. Registration and Account

• Users must be at least 16 years old to register.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
• The user is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Brideless, the user agrees not to:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, violent, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

5. User-Generated Content

• Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish.
• By posting content on Brideless, the user grants a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.
• The user retains all rights to their content.
• Brideless reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The brand, design, code, and proprietary content of Brideless are the exclusive property of Brideless and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Brideless may suspend or terminate an account if:

• These Terms of Use are violated.
• The app is used in a fraudulent or harmful manner toward other users.

The user may cancel their account at any time from the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brideless is not responsible for:

• Content posted by users.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Modifications to the Service

Brideless may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

10. Modifications to These Terms

These terms may be updated. Users will be notified of relevant changes at least 15 days in advance through the app or by email.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
